Woodruff, Bladon & Co. March 9, 1857, the following officers of the Toledo Fire Department were elected : Chief Engineer, Wm. Kraus ; First Assistant, I. N. Hathaway; Second Assistant, C. D. Woodruff. The Fire Department in 1858 was constituted as follows: Chief Engineer, Wm. H. Ketcham ; 1st Assistant, Chauncey D. Woodruff; 2d Assistant, Guido Marx. |
